海南省地处热带，高温炎热，潮湿多雨，武警部队官兵长年执行紧张的训练执勤任务．居住分散，条件艰苦．经调查2286名基层官兵后发现皮肤真菌病为部队常见病发病之首，结合部队实际，我们采用中西医结合、皮肤外治为主的原则，研制了三种配方，分为两种剂型，对899名基层官兵进行了防治工作，结果表明：1．皮肤真菌病的发病率占普查总数的9．98％，占全部皮肤性疾病的54．7％．2．防治所用药物配制方反，价廉，对真菌敏感性强，无毒无害，便于部队推广使用．3．防治总有效率达99．1％．

The incidence of skin fungal diseases accounted for 9.98% of the total census, accounting for 54.7% of all skin diseases. 2. Anti-control drug formulations used anti-cheap, sensitive to fungi, non-toxic harmless, easy to promote the use of troops. 3. The total effective control rate of 99.1%.
