我国进入21世纪以来,社会环境发生了翻天覆地的变化,随着市场经济的不断发展,我国众多的电影公司也加快了企业改革发展步伐。旧有的计划经济管理模式已经不能适应新的电影市场环境需求而必须改革创新。同时多元化的思维模式也深刻影响着从事电影产业的员工意识成长,因而企业思想政治工作面临着前所未有的挑战。本文从我国电影公司思想政治工作现状分析入手,结合当前电影公司员工思想上出现的新情况提出了若干加强电影公司思想政治工作水平的意见与看法,以供参考。
Since China entered the 21st century, the social environment has undergone tremendous changes. With the continuous development of market economy, many movie companies in our country have also accelerated the pace of enterprise reform and development. The old mode of planned economic management has been unable to adapt to the new movie market environment needs and must reform and innovation. At the same time, the diversified mode of thinking also has a profound impact on the employees’ awareness growth in the film industry. Therefore, ideological and political work in enterprises is facing an unprecedented challenge. Based on the analysis of the current situation of ideological and political work of the movie studios in our country, this paper puts forward some opinions and opinions on strengthening the ideological and political work of the movie studios based on the new situation in the thought of the current movie studios employees for reference.
