公共艺术教育是大学生素质教育中的重要内容和环节,随着国家教育部对素质教育实施力度日益加强,高校的公共艺术教育工作也迎来了前所未有的机遇,掀起了高校公共艺术教学的改革。当前,艺术在社会各个领域的广泛应用,要求大学生必须具备一定的审美能力和实践能力,在建设和谐社会、创新型国家的形势下,要提高学生的艺术修养、艺术才能和创新能力,满足社会发展对综合素质人才培养的需要,必须要建立和完善科学而完整的素质教育体系,改变传统教学模式,进一步深化公共艺术教育改革。
