该厂一氧化碳催化剂车间混料岗位在混料、下料时产生大量铬酸酐粉尘。为了消除粉尘危害,我们设计了超高压静电空气离子化集尘箱,使混料岗位工人操作地点呼吸带粉尘浓度由72.6mg/m ̄3下降为10.5mg/m ̄3,除尘率为85.5%,下料口旁1m高处粉尘浓度由148.8mg/m ̄3下降为9.7mg/m ̄3,除尘率为93.4%,未加超高压静电时集尘箱排风口粉尘浓度为263.9mg/m ̄3,加高压后下降为15.9mg/m ̄3,除尘率为94%;厂房中空气负离子浓度由12×10 ̄4/m ̄3增加为5.7×10 ̄9个/m ̄3。结果表明超高压静电空气离子化集尘箱除尘净化空气效果明显。
The plant carbon monoxide catalyst plant mixing station in the mixing, feeding a lot of chromic anhydride dust. The dust concentration at the height of 1m beside the discharge mouth decreased from 148.8mg / m3 to 9.7mg / m3 and the dust removal rate was 93.4% The tuyere dust concentration is 263.9mg / m ~ 3, after adding high pressure drops to 15.9mg / m ~ 3, the dedusting rate is 94%; the concentration of air anion in the plant increases from 12 × 10 ~ 4 / m ~ 3 to 5 .7 × 10 ~ 9 / m ~ 3. The results show that EHV electrostatic air ionization dust box dust removal air purification effect is obvious.
