有孔型基底动脉是一种少见的血管畸形,往往在血管造影或尸检时被偶然发现,通常无明显临床症状。2005年8月-2009年5月,我院行头颅磁共振血管造影术(MRA)检查2027例中,共发现有孔型基底动脉12例。现分析报告如下。
The perforated basilar artery is a rare vascular malformation that is often found accidentally at angiography or autopsy and usually without obvious clinical symptoms. From August 2005 to May 2009, 2027 cases of cranial magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) in our hospital were found in 12 cases of perforated basilar artery. The analysis report is as follows.
