培养工会工作“三家”,是全总领导在新世纪初综观全局形势、基于中国工会的特点和任务,对工会干部队伍建设提出的新目标、新要求,是保持新时期工会工作的正确方向,切实担当起职工权益代表者和维护者职责的重要保证。现结合江苏工会的实际,就“三家”培养问题谈一点认识和体会:
