E花结试验受多种因素的影响。本文将洗涤绵羊红细胞(SRBC)的离心速度(2000r/min)减慢1.0倍,E花结形成细胞(ERFC)的活性(Ea)及总数(Et)分别提高3.5及2.6倍。在采集血样前12h限制脂肪摄入量。结果Ea及Et分别提高4.3和3.0倍。研究证明:控制样品条件及洗涤SRBC的离心转速,可提高本方法的可靠性。
E-knot test is affected by many factors. In this paper, the centrifugation speed (2000r / min) of washed sheep erythrocytes (SRBC) was reduced by 1.0 times and the activity (Ea) and total number (Et) of EFCs increased by 3.5 and 2.6 times, respectively. 12h before collecting blood samples to limit fat intake. Results Ea and Et increased by 4.3 and 3.0 times, respectively. Research shows that controlling sample conditions and washing centrifuge speed of SRBC can improve the reliability of this method.
