衡水市曙光油漆厂是一个只有150人的乡办工厂.自1986年以来,该厂每年人均创产值14万元以上,提供利税3万元以上,经济效益居全国同行业之首.是什么原因使得这个乡办小厂在全国油漆行业独占鳌头呢?笔者在对该厂进行调查后认为:除了有一个开明的领导班子外,一个重要的原因是这个厂从厂部到车间、从车间到班组,都建立了一套比较完善的统计核算体系.利用这个体系进行自我分析,自我比较和自我优化,不断提高企业的经营管理水平.
Hengshui Shuguang Paint Factory is a township factory with only 150 people. Since 1986, the factory has achieved a per capita output value of over 140,000 yuan per year, providing a profit and tax of over 30,000 yuan, and the economic efficiency ranks first in the same industry in the country. What is the reason? What makes this township-owned small plant occupy the top spot in the paint industry in China? After investigating the plant, the author believes that apart from having an open-minded leadership team, an important reason is that the plant goes from the factory floor to the workshop and from the workshop to the team. All have established a relatively complete statistical accounting system. Using this system for self-analysis, self-comparison and self-optimization, and constantly improve the level of business management.
