细胞代谢或细胞应激均可以引起DNA损伤。DNA损伤可以引起一系列级联反应即DNA损伤反应。炎症免疫反应是活体组织对损伤因子所起的防御反应。DNA损伤反应与炎症的发生发展密切相关,而DNA损伤修复蛋白在免疫系统中具有重要作用。本文将就DNA损伤修复蛋白在炎症免疫反应中的作用及其机制进行综述。
Cell metabolism or cell stress can cause DNA damage. DNA damage can cause a series of cascade reactions that DNA damage response. Inflammatory immune response is the defensive response of living tissue to injury factors. DNA damage response and inflammation are closely related to the occurrence and development, and DNA damage repair protein in the immune system has an important role. This article reviews the role of DNA damage repair proteins in inflammatory immune responses and their mechanisms.
