收缩时间间期(STI)作为无创性心功能指标已被普遍接受并已广泛应用于临床。但关于 STI 与心率的关系尚有争议,各家报导的 STI 与心率的回归方程及其正常值亦各有异,因此各实验室应使用该实验室所建立的回归方程和正常值。为此,作者于1980年11月至1981年6月对111名正常人作了 STI 测定,以建立本实验室的回归方程和正常值,并对某些问题作了观察和分析。兹将结果报告如下。
Contraction time interval (STI) as a noninvasive cardiac function has been widely accepted and has been widely used in clinical practice. However, the relationship between STI and heart rate is still controversial. The regression equation between STI and heart rate reported by various hospitals and their normal values vary. Therefore, each laboratory should use the regression equation and normal value established by this laboratory. To this end, the authors performed STI measurements of 111 normal subjects from November 1980 to June 1981 to establish the regression equation and normality of the laboratory and to observe and analyze some of the problems. The result is reported below.
