目的建立夏枯草不同部位咖啡酸和迷迭香酸HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用Agilent Zorbax C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%甲酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长330 nm。结果咖啡酸平均回收率为101.0%,RSD=2.30%(n=6);迷迭香酸平均回收率为100. 5%,RSD=1.79%(n=6)。结论夏枯草未成熟穗、成熟穗、茎、茎叶及其酚类有效部位的含量测定结果表明,该方法简便、准确,可用于夏枯草不同部位中咖啡酸和迷迭香酸2种成分的含量测定。
Objective To establish HPLC method for determination of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid in different parts of Prunella vulgaris. The method was performed on an Agilent Zorbax C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and a methanol-0.1% formic acid gradient. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 330 nm. The average recovery of caffeic acid was 101.0%, RSD was 2.30% (n=6), and the average recovery of rosmarinic acid was 100.5%, and RSD was 1.79% (n=6). Conclusion The results of the determination of the effective parts of immature ear, mature ear, stem, stem and leaf, and phenolic fraction of Prunella vulgaris show that the method is simple and accurate and can be used for the determination of caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid in different parts of Prunella vulgaris.
