目的:研究在常规治疗基础上加用持续气道正压通气(CPAP)治疗急性左心衰的临床效果。方法:将我院2014年2月-2016年3月收治的急性左心衰患者中挑选90例,根据患者的入院编号将其分成两组:基础疗法对照组,共45例;基础疗法+无创呼吸机疗法实验组,共45例,统计患者的临床结果。结果:实验组患者好转43例,占比95.6%;对照组患者好转34例,占比75.6%,有区别,P<0.05;实验组、对照组患者治疗后心率、血氧饱和度指标有区别,P<0.05。结论:临床给予急性左心衰患者无创呼吸机疗法作用突出,可改善患者心率,提高治疗结果,值得借鉴。
Objective: To study the clinical effects of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) in the treatment of acute left heart failure on the basis of routine treatment. Methods: Totally 90 patients with acute left heart failure admitted from February 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to their admission numbers: basic therapy control group, 45 cases; basic therapy + noninvasive Ventilator therapy experimental group, a total of 45 cases, the clinical results of patients. Results: The experimental group improved in 43 cases, accounting for 95.6%; control group improved in 34 cases, accounting for 75.6%, P <0.05; experimental group, control group after treatment, heart rate, oxygen saturation indicators are different , P <0.05. Conclusion: Noninvasive ventilator therapy in patients with acute left heart failure clinically can improve the heart rate and improve the treatment outcome, which is worth learning from.
