In strengthening the party building in the innovation of the enterprise system, efforts should be made to build a cadre of party members and cadres who are highly qualified and capable of fighting in a bid to create a first-rate party by first-rate talents. At present, however, some enterprises have the phenomenon that the party members and cadres team is unstable and personnel are exiled frequently, with a sharp decline in number.
