目的:本实验通过自制直丝弓模拟牙合架能够完整演示直丝弓矫治技术矫治牙列拥挤的全过程。方法:在硬石膏标准模型上去掉石膏牙及牙槽骨,铺上蜡托,经过装盒、煮盒、添胶、制作成热凝标准模型,把嵌体蜡熔化灌入替代牙槽骨。同时将处理过的离体牙植入牙槽骨内,制作成模拟牙合架。结果:模拟牙合架上的拥挤错位可应用直丝弓矫治器将牙齿排列整齐,最终达到磨牙的Ι类关系。结论:自制模拟牙合架生动、完整地演示了正畸治疗的全过程。学员可以反复操作,是临床前学生的理想教学方法。
OBJECTIVE: In this experiment, a self-made analog simulation of straight wire arch can demonstrate the complete process of straight wire arch correction for dentition crowding. Methods: Plaster teeth and alveolar bone were removed from the standard model of anhydrite, covered with wax holder. After boxing, cooking and plasticization, a standard model of thermal coagulation was made, and inlay wax was melted and poured into the replacement alveolar bone. At the same time, the treated off-tooth was implanted into the alveolar bone and made into a simulated dental articulator. Results: Simulated crowded dislocation rack can be applied straight wire appliance will be arranged in order neat teeth, and ultimately reach the molars I relationship. Conclusion: The self-made simulated dental articulator demonstrates the whole process of orthodontic treatment in a vivid and complete way. Students can repeat the operation, is an ideal teaching method for pre-clinical students.
