本文采用SPRIA法检测医院内医疗器械及外环境物品446份样本,HBsAg阳性率为11.43%(51/446),潜血阳性率为22.42%(100/446)。医院物品表面细菌菌落总数超标率为12.56%(56/446),致病菌分离率为13.68%)(61/446),其中金黄色萄葡球菌46份,沙门氏菌及志贺氏菌各6份,绿脓杆菌3份。空气样本超标率在20~75%之间,提示医院HBV及细菌污染严重,应加强医院管理,严格遵守消毒制度,重视无菌操作,这对减少院内感染及医源性传播有重要的流行病学意义。
In this paper, 446 samples of medical devices and external environment were detected by SPRIA, the positive rate of HBsAg was 11.43% (51/446), and the positive rate of occult blood was 22.42% (100/446). The total number of bacterial colonies on the surface of hospital articles exceeded the rate of 12.56% (56/446) and the pathogenic bacteria separation rate was 13.68% (61/446), including 46 Staphylococcus aureus, 6 Salmonella and 6 Shigella , Pseudomonas aeruginosa 3 copies.
