目的:观察中西医结合治疗儿童弱视的临床疗效。方法:以常规西医治疗为对照组,对260例(465眼)儿童弱视患者进行中西医结合治疗,比较两组疗效,平均起效时间及治疗前后视力变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率96.8%,平均起效时间18.1±7.6天,与对照组相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗儿童弱视疗效好,起效快,病程缩短。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of amblyopia in children. Methods: A total of 260 eyes (465 eyes) of children with amblyopia were treated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The curative effect, mean onset time and visual acuity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 96.8% in the treatment group and the mean effective time was 18.1 ± 7.6 days, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Integrative medicine treatment of amblyopia in children with good effect, rapid onset, short course of disease.
