本文用高效液相色谱法测定维生素Ｅ胶九中的维生素Ｅ含量，以甲醇为流动相，紫外检测波长为２８５ｎｍ，维生素Ｅ浓度在０．２～１．０ｍｇ／ｍｌ范围与峰面积直线相关（ｒ＝０．９９９６，平均回收率为９９．４８％（ｎ＝５），方法准确、灵敏、快速、简便。
In this paper, the content of vitamin E in vitamin E glue Jiu was determined by HPLC. The mobile phase of methanol was UV. The UV detection wavelength was 285nm. The concentration of vitamin E was linearly related to the peak area in the range of 0.2 ~ 1.0mg / ml The average recovery was 99.48% (n = 5). The method was accurate, sensitive, rapid and simple.
