了哥王片是由了哥王提取浸膏制成,主要功能为清热、解毒,用于治疗支气管炎、肺炎、扁桃体炎等疾病。临床上疗效确切,为了进一步了解了哥王的抗炎抑菌作用,我们对该药进行药效学试验,研究报告如下。1 实验材料1.1 了哥王片由江西三越药业有限责任公司提供,每片含浸膏0.22g,含生药4.01g;阿斯匹林片,规格:25mg/片,由安徽华思制药有限公司出品。1.2 配药方法1.2.1 小白鼠试验用药 取了哥王片19粒,研成细粉,用蒸馏水将其配至101.7ml药液,每ml含生药0.75g,为高剂量用
