1 前言 正阳关是淮河洪水的主要汇集点,集水面积占洪泽湖以上控制面积的56%,几乎包括全部山区来水。由于淮河进入该地区比降突然变缓,加之河道淤积,水位抬高,宣泄上游来水不畅,每遇稍大洪水,两岸湖泊洼地即成为洪水滞蓄回旋的场所,行蓄洪区进洪机遇频繁,两岸经济难以发展,长期处于贫困状态。为此拟采取一系列工程措施,并相应开展淮河干流淮滨至正阳关段大型防洪模型试验研究,本文着重介绍整治前后恒定流试验的研究成果。
1 INTRODUCTION Zhengyangguan is the main gathering point of the Huaihe River flood. Its catchment area accounts for 56% of the controlled area above Hongze Lake, and includes almost all incoming water from mountainous areas. Due to the abrupt decrease of the Huaihe River into the area, combined with the siltation of the river, elevation of the water level and poor water discharge in the upper reaches of the Huaihe River, the lakes and valleys in both banks become the places where floods hover and flood, Frequently, the cross-Strait economy is hard to develop and has long been in a state of poverty. To this end, a series of engineering measures are to be taken and corresponding large-scale flood control model tests conducted in Huaihe River to Zhengyangguan section of Huaihe River are carried out. This paper focuses on the research results of constant flow tests before and after remediation.
