1、适用范围 本标准规定了薄壁轴瓦半圆周长的检验方法、测量装置及量具。 薄壁轴瓦具有挠性,在自由状态下不是呈圆筒形,因此轴瓦半圆周长只能在强制载苛下,用专用测量装置测量。 也可不用本标准规定的测量装置,但其测量值应在第17条中所规定的重复性,再现性和可比性的公差范围内。 本标准不包括接合平面锥度的测量。 本标准适用于ISO3548和ISO6864所规定的薄壁轴瓦。 2、参考标准 ISO 3548滑动轴承-薄壁轴瓦-尺寸、公差与检验方法。 ISO6864滑动轴承-薄壁翻边轴瓦-尺寸、公差与检验方法。
1, the scope This standard specifies the semi-circular perimeter of the thin-walled bush inspection methods, measuring devices and measuring tools.
