【目的】 探讨 0~ 3岁婴幼儿智能的发育状况及其影响因素。 【方法】 抽样调查 6、12、18、2 4、30、36月龄的婴幼儿共 42 0例 ,采用 0~ 4岁儿童发育诊断量表进行发育商测量 ,并调查其可能的影响因素 ,用方差分析和多元逐步回归分析进行筛选。 【结果】 广州市婴幼儿中发育商低下率为 2 .38%。影响婴幼儿发育商的主要因素依次为 :早期教育、父亲文化程度、表扬和赞赏、育儿观是否一致。 【结论】 婴幼儿智能开发必须重视早期教育、经常给予表扬和赞赏 ,家长间育儿观念要一致 ,并重视家长自身文化素质的提高
【Objective】 To investigate the intelligence development of infants and young children aged 0-3 years and its influencing factors. 【Methods】 A total of 42 infants and young children aged 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, and 36 months were sampled. Developmental quotient of 0 ~ 4 years old children was used to measure the developmental quotient and its possible influencing factors were investigated. Variance analysis and multivariate stepwise regression analysis were used for screening. 【Results】 The prevalence of under-development among infants in Guangzhou was 2.38%. The main factors affecting infants and young children’s development are as follows: early education, father’s education level, praise and appreciation, childcare concept is consistent. 【Conclusion】 Infants and young children’s intelligent development must pay attention to early education, often give praise and appreciation, parents should have the same concept of parenting, and attach importance to the improvement of parents’ own cultural quality
