龙眼葡萄是我国古老的优良鲜食、酿酒兼用品种,据1975—1985年对河北省张家口等老产区的普查,对变异株的定点观察和比较试验,发现该品种株间在产量、结果枝率、穗重等性状方面出现明显的分离。 初选22个混合系较普通系3年平均增产15.3％,而复选4个混合系又较初选混合系3年平均增产13.6％,并发现了白龙眼、深红龙眼、花皮龙眼3个色泽芽变系;大圆龙眼、鸡心龙眼、长龙眼3个果形芽变系和结果枝率极低及果穗松散的2个极低产类型。
