对４２例儿童遗尿和尿失禁的尿动力学研究，发现不稳定膀胱（ＵＳＢ）、逼尿肌／尿道括约肌（Ｄ／Ｓ）协同失调、Ｄ／Ｓ协调、Ｌａｚｙ膀胱、括约肌关闭功能不全和ＵＳＢ伴括约肌关闭功能不全六种异常。形成逼尿肌性、括约肌性、逼尿肌合并括约肌性及充盈性四种尿失禁动力学原因。尿动力学检查对确定尿失禁原因和指导治疗有十分重要的价值。本文还对处理儿童尿液控制功能障碍的部分问题进行了讨论。
