坚持全面改革,是社会主义初级阶段的一个长期指导方针。党的十三大报告为进一步推进全面改革,完善企业经营机制,搞活企业,提供了强大的思想武器,并提出了一系列的方针、政策和原则。在这些方针、政策和原则的指导下,随着改革的不断深入,给企业的经营管理带来一系列的新课题。为了帮助广大企业的厂长、经理和管理人员适应社会主义初级阶段发展商品经济的需要,本刊从本期起开辟《商品经济与管理知识连载》专栏。这个专栏约请北京经济学院经济研究所同志撰稿,将以社会主义初级阶段理论作指导,贯彻洋为中用,古为今用的方针,结合我国实际,系统介绍目前发达国家通常采用的一些经济知识和管理知识,帮助读者开拓视野,掌握新的管理方法,涉足新的知识领域,更好地利用商品经济的一般规律,为发展社会主义商品经济做好工作。希望这个专栏能对广大读者有所增益。读者对它有什么意见和要求,欢迎与本刊编辑部联系。
Adhering to comprehensive reforms is a long-term guiding principle for the initial stage of socialism. The report of the 13th Party Congress provided a powerful ideological weapon for the further promotion of comprehensive reforms, improvement of business management mechanisms, and invigoration of enterprises, and put forward a series of guidelines, policies, and principles. Under the guidance of these principles, policies and principles, with the continuous deepening of reforms, a series of new issues have been brought to the management of the company. In order to help the factory managers, managers and managers of large enterprises to adapt to the needs of developing the commodity economy in the primary stage of socialism, the magazine opened a column entitled “Comments on Commodity Economics and Management Knowledge” from this issue. This column invites comrades from the Institute of Economics of the Beijing Economic Institute to write a essay. It will use the theory of the primary stage of socialism as a guide, implement the principles of foreign and Chinese, and use it as an ancient and modern method. Integrating with China’s actual conditions, it systematically introduces some economic knowledge and management currently used in developed countries.
