引言西德烟煤锅炉的发展经历是与其它国家不同的。在西德,由于必须燃用的燃料范围较宽,部分燃料具有很高的灰分,以及在有限的地区里处理炉灰的问题,导致了几乎只能采用液态排渣蒸汽锅炉。有关炉膛和尾部受热面污染特性的运行经验,迫使设计时把对流受热面入口的烟气温度尽可能地取得低一些。当把这一运行经验转用到固态排渣锅炉,特别是大容量蒸汽锅炉的设计中去时,按怎样的尺度去处理正是本文所讨论的。炉膛的大小以及炉膛的结构形状对蒸汽锅炉的成本运行特性和经济性有着决定性的影响,设计时必须加以考虑。
Introduction West Germany bituminous coal boiler development experience is different from other countries. In West Germany, due to the wide range of fuels that must be consumed, the high ash content of some of the fuels, and the problem of handling ash in limited areas, it has led to the use of almost only liquid slag-fired steam boilers. Operating experience with regard to the contamination characteristics of the heating surfaces of the hearth and the tail forces the design temperature to be as low as possible for the flue gas temperature at the inlet to the heated face. When this operational experience is diverted to the design of solid-state slag boilers, especially large-capacity steam boilers, the criteria at this scale are discussed in this article. The size of the furnace and the shape of the furnace have a decisive influence on the cost performance and economy of the steam boiler and must be taken into account when designing.
