利用钙离子选择微电极和普通微电极技术,观察了酸化蜍离体胃窦粘膜时粘膜细胞外Ca~(2+)活度和粘膜上皮细胞层与粘膜肌层之间电位差(以下简称跨粘膜电位)的变化及生长抑素、甲硫-脑啡肽和雨蛙肽对酸化粘膜效应的影响.实验结果表明,酸化胃窦粘膜引致细胞外Ca~(2+)活度和跨粘膜电位的下降.生长抑素阻止酸化粘膜效应而雨蛙肽则促进此效应,甲硫-脑啡肽无明显影响.结果提示生长抑素的细胞保护作用很可能与其抑制由酸刺激引起的细胞外Ca~(2+)活度降低作用有关.
By using calcium ion selective microelectrode and ordinary microelectrode technology, the extracellular Ca 2+ activity and the potential difference between mucosal epithelial cell layer and mucosal muscular layer in acid gastric antrum gastric mucosa were observed (hereinafter referred to as cross Mucosal potentials) and the effects of somatostatin, methionine-enkephalin and melatonin on the acidified mucosal effect.The results show that acidified antral mucosa leads to extracellular Ca ~ (2+) activity and transmucosal potential Decreased.However, somatostatin prevented the acidification mucosal effect while the melatonin promoted this effect, and methylthio-enkephalin had no significant effect.The results suggest that the somatostatin may play a protective role in inhibiting the extracellular Ca ~ 2+) activity decreased role.
