作者观察了年龄在2—15岁的各型心律不齐患儿45例。其中期前收缩31例,阵发性心动过速9例,心房纤颤5例。对全部患儿进行了心电图和心音图检查,并对收缩期时相进行了分析。对部分心患儿还用层析法测定了考的松和17—去氧化合物,借以判断肾上腺皮质的功能。31例期前收缩患儿中,16例为伴有肢端发绀和偏头痛等植物神经血管功能障碍;5例为由风湿引起的心肌损害;7例为由感染——变态反应所致;1例为先天性心室间隔缺损;2例为长期应用强心甙中毒所致。9例阵发性心动过速患儿中,5例由于青春期植物神经——内分泌系统的生理变化引起;3例在严重的感染——变态反应性心肌炎的基础上发生;1例发生于伴有Ⅲ°心衰的风湿性全心炎。5例心房纤颤中,4例因再发性风湿性心脏损害
The authors observed 45 children aged 2-15 years with various types of arrhythmia. The mid-term contraction in 31 cases, paroxysmal tachycardia in 9 cases, 5 cases of atrial fibrillation. All children underwent ECG and phonocardiogram examination, and analysis of systolic phase. On the part of the heart children also used chromatography to determine the test of pine and 17-oxygen compounds, in order to determine the function of the adrenal cortex. Among the 31 children with pre-term contractions, 16 were autonomic vascular dysfunction with cyanotic and migraines; 5 were myocardial damage caused by rheumatism; 7 were caused by infection-allergic reactions; 1 Cases of congenital ventricular septal defect; 2 cases of long-term cardiac glycoside poisoning.
