在建筑项目工程进行的施工管理中,成本管理属于一项重要的管理内容,对于施工单位施工成本的控制,以及工程在规定工期内的顺利完工有着极大影响,因此需要施工单位对于建筑单位的该项管理问题加强重视,并且应用有效的管理手段,规避成本管理中存在的风险性问题。基于此,本文对目前建筑项目的成本管理现状进行了概述,之后提出了几个方面的改进对策,以期促进管理效果最大化的实现。
In the construction management of construction project, cost management belongs to an important management content, which has a great influence on the construction cost control of the construction company and the smooth completion of the project within the stipulated construction period. Therefore, The management issues to pay more attention, and the application of effective management tools to avoid the cost of risk management problems. Based on this, this article gives an overview of the current status of cost management in construction projects, and then proposes several improvements in order to promote the realization of management effectiveness maximization.
