铁的红色螯合物邻啡罗啉铁对苹果插根试验表明:铁肥插根处理,铁沿着靠近形成层的木质部向地上部分运输,速度可达38.48cm/h,根系分布较少;强力高压注射铁主要沿中央木质部运输,首先充分向下运往根系,向上运输较向下运输少,运输速度可达450cm/h。环状沟土壤浸施铁在不断根的情况下很难被根吸收,断根吸收、运输铁的机制与插根相同。
