各市人民政府,各县(市、区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构,各大企业,各高等院校:为稳步推进企业年金工作的开展,加强企业年金基金的监督管理,确保企业年金基金的安全增值,促进建立多层次的养老保险制度,完善社会保障体系,根据《企业年金试行办法》(劳动保障部令第20号)和《企业年金基金管理试行办法》(劳动保障部令第23号)(以下简称“两个《办法》”),经省政府同意,现就有关问题通知如下:一、已依法参加基本养老保险并按时足额缴纳养老保险费、生产经营稳定且经济效益较好、内部管理制度健全的企业,可为企业试用期满的职工建立企业年金。二、企业年金由企业和职工双方按约定的比例共同出资筹集,费用可按月筹集,也可半年或一年筹集一次。企业缴费每年不超过本企业上年度职工工资总额的十二分之一。企业和职工个人缴费合计一般不超过本企业上年度职工工资总额的六分之一。

The enterprise annuity shall be jointly funded by both the enterprise and the employee at the agreed ratio. The cost may be raised on a monthly basis or it may be raised once in six months or one year. The annual contribution of the enterprise shall not exceed one-twelfth of the total salary of the employees of the enterprise in the previous year. The total amount of personal payment for enterprises and employees does not exceed one-sixth of the total salary of employees of the company in the previous year.
