近年来,由于我国经济高速增长,就业形势相对平稳。但自2008年下半年以来,国际金融危机对我国的影响日益显现,就业形势变得十分严峻,很多中小企业出现经营困难和裁员现象,大量农民工返乡,大学生就业难问题也更加突出,就业成为当前民生问题的焦点。就业是民生之本,关系到经济发展和社会稳定,稳定就业已成为当前的头等大事。
