目的:研究光果翠雀的止血、镇痛作用。方法:采用兔耳动脉切割止血法及后肢肌肉切割止血法,以云南白药为阳性对照药,用光果翠雀根粉及其水提物、醇提物外敷出血部位进行止血作用研究;分别采用热板法和醋酸扭体法,以对乙酰氨基酚为阳性对照药研究光果翠雀水提物、醇提物的镇痛作用。结果:光果翠雀粉对兔耳动脉切割后及肌肉切割的止血作用优于云南白药(P<0.05),其水提物、醇提物也有一定的止血作用;水提物、醇提物能显著提高小鼠的热板痛阈,对醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应具有显著的抑制作用,其镇痛效果与对乙酰氨基酚相当。结论:光果翠雀具有良好的止血镇痛作用。
