某型火箭发射塔架摆杆系统在展开过程中出现展开速度不均匀的现象,为研究塔架摆杆系统的柔性特性对其展开的影响,采用Pro/E软件对塔架进行实体建模,运用ADAMS及Patran/Nastran,分别采用了刚性体和柔性体两种不同的方法对摆杆展开过程进行了仿真分析,并单独考虑了摆杆系统两个主要部件的柔体特性对于其展开的影响。结果表明,柔性特性对塔架摆杆系统摆开过程中的速度不均有一定影响,而其两部分主要柔性部件对于其展开时的影响也有很大差异,表现为主轴的柔性是整个柔性摆杆系统出现速度波动的主要影响因素。
In order to study the influence of flexible characteristics of the tower pendulum system on its deployment, a certain type of rocket launch tower pendulum system appeared in the unfolding process. Pro / E software was used to model the tower. Using ADAMS and Patran / Nastran, two different methods of rigid body and flexible body were respectively used to simulate the process of pendulum expansion. The influence of the flexibility characteristics of the two main components of the pendulum system on its deployment was separately considered . The results show that the flexible characteristic has some influence on the uneven speed of the tower pendulum system during its deployment, while the influence of the two main flexible components on the unfolding of the tower pendulum system is also very different. It shows that the flexibility of the main shaft is the whole flexible pendulum The main influencing factors of the speed fluctuation of the bar system.
