城中村问题是我国城市化进程中的一个特有现象。当前城中村改造的难点在于如何均衡改造参与主体各方利益。本文运用博弈论方法,通过分析改造过程中参与主体政府、村民、开发商三方的利益得失,建立城中村改造博弈模型,得出两种战略均衡组合符合博弈均衡结果,并在此基础上提出三种城中村改造模式。
The issue of village in city is a peculiar phenomenon in the process of urbanization in our country. At present, the difficulty in the transformation of urban villages lies in how to balance the interests of all parties involved in the reform. This paper uses game theory to establish the game model of urban village reconstruction by analyzing the profit and loss of the participation of the main government, villagers and developers in the reconstruction process. The conclusion shows that the two strategic equilibrium combinations are in line with the game equilibrium results, and on this basis, we propose three City Village reconstruction mode.
