近年来,我国农产品贸易面临的市场竞争形势不容乐观,农产品竞争力呈下降趋势。我国农产品生产与贸易的制度安排不适应开放的竞争环境,以及农业支持体系上的不当和缺失是导致这一结果的主要原因。为从根本上扭转这样的状况,需要对农业生产的微观主体及其关系进行再造,并形成以政府为主导的对农业持续投入的支持体系。
In recent years, the situation of market competition in China’s agricultural trade is not optimistic and the competitiveness of agricultural products shows a downward trend. The institutional arrangement of China’s agricultural products production and trade does not meet the open competitive environment, as well as the inappropriate and missing agricultural support system is the main reason leading to this result. In order to fundamentally reverse such a situation, it is necessary to rebuild the micro-entities and their relations in agricultural production and form a government-led support system for sustained investment in agriculture.
