间接喉镜下摘除声带小型良性凸起

声带边缘的各种小型良性凸起是喉科的常见病,现多主张手术摘除,一般是在直接喉镜下处理,但痛苦较大,或因术中不能坚持以致失败。国内己有在间接喉镜下摘除的经验报导(1-3),自1972年元月以来,我们在间接喉镜下处理93例,感到此法简单、痛苦小、疗效满意,很受病者欢迎。现提出点滴体会以供参考和指正。一、适应症和禁忌症;与直接喉镜下的喉内手术相同。二、器械:1.间接喉镜:镜面较大,以利照明和窥视。2.弯喉钳:以鸭咀形能向
