首次用高分辨电子显微镜(HREM)对Ni-La_2O_3复合镀——扩散渗铝涂层氧化前后的精细结构进行了研究。发现NiAl相中含有纳米级的La_2O_3质点,Al_2O_3层中“嵌”入La_2O_3微粒(直径<50nm);氧化物层涂层界面存在过渡相。由此认为La_2O_3质点通过影响Al_2O_3层的生长机制而改善涂层的抗氧化性能。
The fine structure before and after oxidation of Ni-La_2O_3 composite-diffusion aluminizing coating was studied by high resolution electron microscopy (HREM) for the first time. It is found that the NiAl phase contains La 2 O 3 particles in the nanometer scale and the La 2 O 3 particles (diameter <50 nm) in the Al 2 O 3 layer. The transition phase exists at the interface of the oxide layer. It is considered that the La 2 O 3 particles improve the oxidation resistance of the coating by affecting the growth mechanism of the Al 2 O 3 layer.
