我矿副井是1979年安装的井筒设备,井深为256m,其罐道为钢轨罐道,罐笼1400×4000及平衡锤,共有8组尼龙轮导向,一直使用至今。从多年使用情况分析,尼龙轮磨损较快,每天需专人更换,且不安全,还影响生产。罐道表面也急剧锈蚀。为此,我们进行了调查和分析,决定采用刚性导向卡取代尼龙轮。经过一年来的使用表明,效果较好。年成本从20000元降到500元,同时还减少了专职检修维护人员。我们认为:
