结合昆钢安宁分公司二炼钢分厂的现有生产条件,通过进一步分析二炼钢分厂的工艺,优化生产组织,比较不同生产组织对生产成本、资源节约等方面的影响,实施3座转炉对2台连铸机的生产模式等方案,降低了转炉出钢温度20℃左右,铁水消耗由原来的950kg/t降低到现在的930kg/t以内,钢铁料消耗降低了6.7kg/t、合金消耗降低0.8kg/t,吨钢工序能耗也由原来的-8.31kg/t降低到目前的-12.54kg/t,实现了低成本炼钢的规模化生产。
