2010年11月,吉林省吉林市船营区某大厦发生重大火灾事故,造成19人死亡,24人受伤。火灾发生后,有关部门成立火灾事故调查组,根据现场勘验、调查询问、技术鉴定和公安部火灾事故调查专家组认定意见,认定了火灾原因。本文通过剖析火灾原因认定过程,深入思考该起重大火灾暴露出的问题,吸取教训,建议加强消防工作,最大限度的遏制重特大火灾的发生。
In November 2010, a major fire broke out in a building in the shipping area of Jilin City, Jilin Province, killing 19 people and wounding 24 others. After the fire broke out, the relevant departments set up a fire accident investigation team to determine the cause of the fire according to the site inspection, investigation and inquiry, technical appraisal and the fire department investigation investigation by the Ministry of Public Security. Through analyzing the process of identifying the cause of fire, this paper deeply considers the problems exposed by the major fire and draw lessons from it. It is suggested to strengthen the fire prevention work to curb the most serious fire.
