许多学校的班主任大都是由课任教师兼任的。他们一边要精心设计课堂教学,一边又要做学生的思想政治工作。要做到“教书育人”两不误,就得抓住班级工作的要点,这样才能从日常繁杂的事务工作中超脱出来,集中精力抓好教学和对学生的思想教育。根据多年的工作经验,我认为抓好班级工作要抓住以下三方面: 一、选拔和培养学生干部。班干部是班主任的助手,是联系老师与学生的桥梁、纽带。班干部在班级工作中的作用,有时候是老师所无法替代的。所以,要管理好一个班级,班干部起着十分重要的作用。培养班干部是班主任的重要职责,也是搞好班级工作的重要因素。在选拔班干部时,首先要选好班长。一个称职的班长是一个班级的“副班主任”,是协助班主任做好班级各项工作的得力助手。班委会的组成可根据班级的具体情况定出选拔的标准和条件,由全班同学选举产生。这样选出的班干部就能够在班集体中起到核心作用。形成一个强有力的集体。二、培育“班级精神”。“班级精神”是指班级全体同学在学习、生活、纪
