本省兩年來的食油統購工作,由於基本上貫徹了中央保證城鄉人民必須的食油供應舆鼓勵發展油料生產的政策精神,因而平穩了食油價格,提高了廣大油農的生產積極性。目前茶油即將上市,為進一步貫徹統購政策,提高農民生產油料熱情,根據今年部分地區茶油生產受到自然災害或當背年的影响和各地對今年茶油生產調查摸底情况,决定今年全省茶油統購任務為二八二、○○○擔,分配:郴縣專區七○、○○○擔,衡陽專區六九、○○○擔,黔陽專區叫四、○○○擔,湘潭專區四五、○○○擔,常德專區三二、○○○擔,邵陽專區一○、○○○担,自治州一二、○○○担。以上統購任務,要求各地根據實產情况,爭取完成或超過,並要求於明年二月底以前基本完成,至遲三月末結束統購工作。
