1临床资料男,8岁。因反复发作性头痛、发热5 a入院。患儿于5 a前无明显诱因开始出现流清涕,继而出现流脓涕,头痛,头痛剧烈时呕吐,高热。发作时查血常规均提示白细胞高。在当地诊断为脑膜炎,给予抗感染治疗症状可以得到缓解。每年类似发作10余次。否认外伤手术史。此次来院体检;T39℃,神志清
