本文从理论上阐述了麻花钻钻孔时,切屑是怎样形成的,以及形成原因。并用实验结果确定断屑台的各个参数,同时还提出了钻孔时可能的断屑方法。
This paper elaborates theoretically how the chip is formed and how it is formed when the twist drill is drilled. The experimental results were used to determine the parameters of the chip breaking table. At the same time, a possible chip breaking method was proposed.
