研究了将优化后的悬臂梁光纤光栅(FBG)敏感结构用于磁场传感.基于材料力学理论和电流与磁场相互作用原理,得出布拉格反射波长为1561.48nm的光纤光栅对磁感应强度的灵敏度为0.65nm/T;实验测量表明该值为0.56nm/T,理论值和实验值基本相符,说明本文所设计的磁场传感器具有可行性.
The optimized cantilever FBG (FBG) sensitive structure is studied for magnetic field sensing. Based on the theory of material mechanics and the interaction between current and magnetic field, the sensitivity of the fiber grating with Bragg reflection wavelength of 1561.48nm to the magnetic induction intensity is 0.65nm / T. The experimental results show that this value is 0.56nm / T, the theoretical value And the experimental value is basically consistent, indicating that the magnetic field sensor designed in this paper is feasible.
