研究表明,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性对平阳霉素在体外和体内的抗癌作用有明显的影响.为了进一步探讨SOD活性与平阳霉素抗癌作用的机理,本实验运用图象分析方法连续一周动态地观察了SOD活性与平阳霉素对肺癌细胞的DNA福尔根光密度、S期细胞比率、细胞增殖指数、核面积的影响,结果发现,降低SOD活性可明显增强平阳霉素对肺癌细胞的作用,使癌细胞的S期细胞比率和增殖指数明显降低;而提高SOD活性则明显降低了平阳霉素的作用.另外,本文还就实验中发现的受药物作用后的癌细胞的核面积和DNA福尔根光密度的变化作了讨论.
