图中工件,系FA801A型摇纱机下筒座。其φ8H8斜孔用以安装木质纱锭杆,每台26件,要求孔的位置角度一致,以保证锭杆安装后排列整齐。M6-7H为紧固螺钉安装孔。如用常规划线找正的方法,孔的位置精度难以保证。为此,笔者设计了一种定位钻孔夹具体,使工件一次性安装定位即可巧钻上述不同位置角度的两个斜孔,解决了这一难题。具体方法:首先将工件1的加工面饱削至图纸尺寸,而后钻(?)9孔(和螺钉3配合)并锪平,用内六角螺钉3(M8×20)把工件固定在夹具体2(材料HT150)上,首件找正后,即可进行斜孔钻削加工。以夹具体
