新时期,随着教学模式的不断创新、经济发展水平的不断提高,校企合作模式在酒店管理专业的具体应用,在具体教学实践环节受到越来越多的重视,并且成为学校在实现自身教育改革发展环节主要的努力方向。酒店管理专业具有较强的应用性,为此,在采用校企合作模式下,首先需要将实践性教学作为建设研究的重点内容。同时,我们还需要客观的正视酒店管理专业,在采用校企合作模式实现发展环节,面临的许多问题。本文通过对客观存在问题分析和探讨基础上,有针对性地对其发展对策做出了一定的认识。
