一过性肺型P波较为少见,其临床意义和发病机理尚未完全阐明。本文报告4例脑外伤时一过性肺型P波,并对其产生机理进行探讨。4例患者临床资料见附表及附图。
A transient pulmonary P wave is relatively rare, its clinical significance and pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. This paper reports 4 cases of traumatic brain injury transient pulmonary P wave, and its mechanism of production is discussed. Clinical data of 4 patients see the attached table and attached drawings.
