为了表彰和宣传在产学研合作的领导和组织工作中做出突出贡献的同志,中国产学研合作促进会依据《国家科学技术奖励条例》的有关规定和《中国产学研合作促进会产学研合作创新与促进奖奖励办法》,经产学研界推选,决定授予干勇等10名同志“2011年中国产学研合作突出贡献奖”。突出贡献奖是由央企、民企和产学研界的企业家和专家、学者共同组成的评审组酝酿产生的,并广泛征求了产学研界有关方面的意见。突出贡献奖获奖人选是产学研界对获奖者所作贡献的评价和认可。
